Honestly, this isn't the kind of rumor than needs to be confirmed... It's so blinding apparent that it's true, it's not really a rumor at all.

I hope we get something of value... The league has turned into a shooters league and Young will provide that for a team that takes on him..I think Mitch is gonna get a nice quality asset for him especially if someone like Bass is involved.

The only player on the team that shoots the ball more irresponsibly than Kobe is Nick Young. Wouldn't most rational coaches eventually make this decision? I mean I get that he actually makes some of his shots, but it has to be morale-deflating for his teammates on the court to watch Nick Young hoist up a contested three after one pass.

There must be a lot of motivation for Young to quit on the team and in the process take a shot at the team... Can you blame the guy? He's never really been apart of a winning team and I think he's just tired of losing.

Unfortunately this has been one of the most backwards seasons Ive ever seen. We bench guys who are playing well. All our worst shooters get the most playing time and shot attempts. And now we're getting ready to trade a guy who's been a solid contributor. One of the few of the bench.

Nick Young is not a long term solution to anything but what he said was right and he's done well. This will look like he got traded for "locker room issues" on Nick's overall record but him getting traded just goes show how worthless Byron Scott is.

That's pretty much always been his problem... he doesn't seem to take the game serious, still living off being Mr' Swaggy P... it's like he's emotionally locked in at the high school level..

Id rather trade lou, small shooting guard who cant defend and takes away our youngsters minute. Atleast nick is a big guard and can play 3 spot. Btw hes very efficient at spot up 3s. Thats how you utilize him

Why would you want to add another ball handling player who cannot shoot worth a lick to an already crowded back court? Some of these proposed trades are just trading for the sake of trading and accomplish nothing for the team. Atleast KJ makes sense if you can work with him on shooting.

I said no on kj cause hou is already a mess, so doubt hou wants to add more fuel to that dumpster fire. I wouldnt necessarily trade for lance the player per se, bis 3rd yr is a team opt. so we ciuld be just rent him for rest of the season, get us a other contract of the books 1yr sooner
