Kobe was playing a lot worse than he's playing now he's toned it down on the horrible shots and passing a lot more. I don't think anyone is complaining on how hes playing now.

i agree but it's like I've said before he was not the sole reason we were struggling. with or without kobe we have a long road ahead of us,and he was stunting no one's growth.

Sure we probably would of still lost all those games, but he was definitely stunting our young player's growth. It was plain as day to see. I'm really glad Kobe changed his ways because the basketball he was playing earlier in the season was horrendous.

we'll just have to agree to disagree because i saw nothing that was stunting players growth. they are just young inexperienced players and kobe's terrible shooting contributed to losses sure,but did nothing to hurt the growth of our young players.

It's a very simple concept. When one player takes all the usage, it leaves few opportunities for the young guys to learn on the job.

Bout to pen a poem, "Dear RealGM" where I announce my retirement from making game threads. Sometimes it just ain't meant to be.

Damn Kobe must really want to be in the all star game
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing, Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before;

What a dunk. I screamed so loud it was like I was 15 years old all over again.

The dunk had me grinning for the rest of the game... It was a nice way to lose.

Not sure if there was a lot of this in the first half, but for the 2 or 3 possessions in the second half where Randle guarded Howard, I though he did a good job and really got in Howard's head... Howard seemed to want to attack him but was clanging everything. Would have liked to see more of that.
Not sure if Hibbert was doing a good job on him or Howard just sucks now, but the results there were pretty solid. Thought Harden looked tentative too, that one block Kobe had on him was almost better than the dunk too... So I think we were doing a good job there too, we just don't have the firepower to beat a team like the Rockets.
Never have rice at Hanzo's house...
