Maybe Luke was trying to win this and see the scenarios of an actual in-season game which is good. The last game was winnable but they opted to see what training camp invitees can do in the final minutes.

By the way, who's the eye candy?

I think Luke was a little offended that he went to the scrubs late last game and Denver did not. Wanted to make sure our guys and their guys new exactly who should be winning these games.

DLO is our best player and it's not even close. He's our lead and our star.

Clarkson is just so in control and really improved his overall game. Overlooked due to Russel and Randle's hype plus Ingram expectations.

So damn efficient but I'm really not sure if he can be utilized to his fullest potential playing HORSE with the iso guys. Been playing pretty decent off ball though.

Just finished watching the first half and second quarter was absolutely brutal. Randle isos, lazy defense and Mozgov getting absolutely roasted by Nurkic and so on. I'm genuinely worried about Mozgov, he doesn't look half the defensive player we need him to be in the middle.

Damn, way too many sets putting dudes like Mozgov and Black in places where they have to pick passes away from the basket. It works with someone like Pau or Bogut but Luke is asking too much out of our bigs to make the right play consistently in those situations.

Randle attempted 4 shots in the second, made 2 and was blocked by Farried on one of the misses. He did pick up a couple fouls though.

Just a sequence at the end of the second quarter where the offense was entirely broken down. I don't think we ran a single cohesive play for around 4 minutes there. Randle had a poor stretch and Mozgov was utterly horrible after a decent 1st Q.

Pretty impressed by Hernangomez and Murray though. Murray is already a better player than Mudiay and Will Barton is quite good.

I'm a bit worried about the Mozgov signing at this point.... in game 1 he looked (not like worth his contract) but at least like a stout defender and rebounder with some ability to score. Now it looks a bit like our worst nightmare posts on signing night. yeeeesh.

Mozgov has looked pretty bad, but Denver and Utah aren't great matchups for him either. I think everyone is playing at like 3/4 speed right now anyway... I think he'll be fine...

All in all, preseason isn't really a time to get too up or down about what's going on.
