Re: Rumor: Bucks and Lakers considering MCW/Young/Lou-wil swap
Saw an interesting rumor today of Randle, Moz, and Young to Miami for Whiteside. That would leave us with
Russell/Clarkson
Lou will/Clarkson/Brown
Deng/Ingram
Nance/Deng
Whiteside/Black/Yi
Website did not seem credible but it's out there if you google lakers trades today.

There's no way Riley would do that.

I thought the same unless Whiteside really doesn't want to be there anymore and Riley wants to start over through the draft. Winslow, Randle, Dragic, Mosgov, are decent pieces in the east.

Even Whiteside isn't stupid enough to change his mind after signing a contract in July. If he wanted to come to the Lakers, he'd have signed in free agency. Also Miami will get much better offers than Randle and dead salary in Mozgov, Nick Young.

If website is obviously not credible then why even bring up the trade as a rumor, just call it a made up idea.

I may be the only one, but i´d stick with Lou a little bit more; i don´t rate MCW at all.

I'd rather keep the ball in Russell's hands. Pass

Put it this way,If someone said they'd give you those pieces for a young kobe after showing some promise you'd probably shake your head and a made up idea too.

Wish RealGM would create a language filter for inquistr, yaibado and sites like those.

Wouldn't do this deal at all. MCW lacks a pure jumper, his defense is less than average and he doesn't do the intangible things his body size would have you think he could do. Young and LW at least bring the deep ball that's going to keep the offense fluid weather they make'em or miss'em.

I would take MCW in a heartbeat. Especially now since Nick is showing some value. DO IT MITCH!

Article says Lakers "close to acquiring" MCW; it's now been 6 days, so the source does not seem credible. I'll wait for a more legit source.
And plus we all know our front office never leaks anything, so right away you know it's likely just click bait

MCW for Tony Snell, well im guessing the Bucks didnt want to be saddled with the 2nd year of Lou Will without compensation.

Lou Williams would have less value if he was on the final year of his contract. At $7M a year, he is one of the best value deals in the league, comparatively Jamal Crawford is getting $12M/year albeit being older and much less efficient as a 6th man scorer.

yep that kind of value should allow us to package Lou, Randle, Mozzy, and a future 1st for Boogie
