I know you're trying to advertise for your website that no one cares about, but the lakers game threads are for Laker fans who use the sign up post. It's also extremely inconsiderate to put the record in the title when some of us can't watch games live.

Why be an ass about it? The person who signed up for the GT did not post the thread until a few hours before the game and this dude was considerate enough to do one for us.

There's also no point in asking him to not put the previous game's record in the title either. If you haven't watched the game from a day ago, you are setting yourself up to be spoilered if you even google the word "Lakers" much less check the forum.

I agree. This is sports, not the movies. Some of us like to start the game about an hour behind....skip the commercials (or jump the 5000 freethrows we sometimes "get to watch"), and pretty much catch up at the end. But if your a day behind....that's on you. I don't mean that rudely.....just that pro sports moves forward very quickly. You can't expect "spoiler alerts" in pro sports...it's not gonna happen.

If I'm not able to watch the game live, the next day I don't even check facebook until I watch the game, let alone enter realgm forum.

He's had a bunch just like that this season. I'm left in awe every time.

When Ingram hits his shots and getting open off ball he's going to be a hell of a player... he's doing so many little things.

Russell- gah I don't know what to think... good thing he had that good stretch, but really... gah.

Clarkson- you have filled that hole in my boot that Lou and Nick took up last year while still showing you can make some tweaks and get back to being a really good player.

I hope the ft stroke starts to translate to his jump shooting.

Russell is not a net positive right now. Good guards really give him issues.

Ingram is puzzling. He has the look of Prince type of player at times. Not what I was expecting but good nonetheless.

Lawson and Collison aren't good guards lol. He struggles against pressure and when they trap the pick n roll hard. Like lakeshow said earlier, the last couple of teams have done that with JC and D'lo, looks like the scouts saw something.

If they are not good guards then what does that make Russell? They ran circles around him on the offensive end all night. Russell is shooting under 40% and his defense is horrible. He's had a few stretches this year where he's looked decent but they are followed with poor shots, poor ball protection and consistently poor on ball defense. I get that everyone WANTS this kid to be what they think he can be but I just don't see any of that potential showing up on the floor. This is supposed to be his scheme and his coach but he's not looking much better IMHO. He's looking like he's got a ceiling of 18 ppg on very low 40's shooting percentage and a defensive liability.

Clarkson isn't a whole lot better but he's been the catalyst in 2 wins and he's been problematic in a couple losses. Overall Clarkson's defense is a little better but on the offensive end he's at least learned a little about what shots to take and which ones not to. He's shooting his highest % in his career so far this year. Not saying he's great but he's showing some improvement.

Overall the team is looking much better and the scheme has given second life to Lou and Young. Crazy as this sounds these are the guys who, along with Randle and Nance, are carrying us right now.
