You can even choose whether or not you want to watch a trash team or a good team, except in NFL.

Always been a Lakers fan since I was born .
Bears have always been my team since a kid. Idk bears are pretty cool.. even though they have sucked for a while now. Yankees idk baseball is my least favorite sport to watch I liked Jeter as kid so good enough. Oregon their track and field program is fun watch in person. I like to watch LA teams since I live rather close to LA.

The Chargers will have a marketing war with the Rams, but I think the fans will gravitate toward whichever teams that is winning.

BTW, the Clips should move the hell to San Diego.

This 100%. Clippers need to be in Anaheim or San Diego where they belong. I wish the Raiders were the 2nd LA team because then I think the Raiders would be the big team in town. Though, I think it is funny everyone in the media is just crowning the Rams as the #1 LA NFL team when they've been hot garbage since 2004. I think they're 60-109 since they last made the playoffs.

Apparently the StubHub Center will upgrade to 30,000 seats for Chargers games.

That could of happened, but Donland Setrling wanted the LA money thus why went to Staples. As for the Raiders the NFL hates them and the Davis family thanks to AL burning bridges with the league. Also the Rams know that the Raiders will steal the spotlight from them. Thus why partnered up with the Chargers.

for those trashing the Chargers as being a bad team in the field I want to point out that last season they were decimated by injuries to the point were they had to suck way too many injuries in one season. then this year the volume of injuries was not as bad but they did loose 9 impact players in the first 9 games. you could see how demoralizing it was for the team each time they lost their best player on the field every game. as Lakers fan I know how it is when you have back to back injury ridden seasons. if they stay healthy next year they can make the playoffs.

Even when they get healthy they're still in probably the best division in football. I'd be surprised to see them beat out the Chiefs, Broncos, or Raiders.

that's exactly what non-Chargers fans don't understand, yes they can.

If they are healthy I agree they have good chance of least splitting with everyone. I think they can sweep the broncos until they get qb.

Sorry but that's all negated by the fact that chargers lost to a team that otherwise would have zero wins last year.

We're comparing two steaming piles of crap. The Rams did the same thing. LA will follow whoever is winning. The Rams aren't a winning organization right now. If the Chargers get rid of Rivers then I don't see them winning anytime soon.
