Team did a great job of fighting back to the 2nd seed after that horrendous 10-10 start. Admittedly, they had some luck with injuries. There are still like 6 teams hovering around the 2 seed spot. Now's the time, its important the front office helps out. Trade Lou and Young. Trade Mozgov. Get another 1st round pick. Worry about what to do with all the young assets in the offseason.

How does that make you better than the Lin, Gallo, and Wil fans who root for them over NY?

Who do you guys prefer at #2, Ball or Smith jr.? Personally, feel like Ball would be a better fit given Russell would be his partner in BC.

i personally don't really care, either one of ball, DSJ or jackson will be fine and dandy if we don't land the #1 pick

DSJ and jackson will finally be the slasher we crave and ball, well he'll just transform the offense

I think Ball is a really good fit for you guys and for Walton. I think you guys need help with ball movement, you have too many guards that are shoot first. If you guys go with Fultz I would assume that means you guys would trade Russell, similar style games Fultz is just an upgraded version of Russell. For DSJ to be really effective he is going to need a guy to run the PnR with, I think Randle can be solid with that.

So if you guys dont move anyone I would say Ball as the 1st option DSJ as the 2nd. If you guys move Russell Id say Fultz and Ball as 1a and 1b

Again with the number 1 pick you draft the best player, not the best fit.

Russell would probably be moved to shooting guard.

Ya id move Russell to SG for Ball and DSJ, I think you can make that work. A back court of Fultz and Russell I dont see working nearly as well. Ball is the master of fast pace and a ton of ball movement, I think that could benefit your guys team greatly. DSJ is a phenom out of the PnR either scoring or passing the dude is elite at it and I think he and Randle could do some damage in the PnR. Fultz is like Russell who is a very talented scorer and has a score first mentality but who happens to have good vision and passing ability, but their best feature is to look to score first. I just dont think you want two of those in your back court.

Yeah Fultz is the complete package to me. Scores at any level, at the rim, mid range, 3 point line athletic, can pass, gets to the line, has a great step back jumper, rebounds well for his position. His play has been very consistent all year and has actually gotten better in pac 12 competition. Does not seem to have any attitude issues on the court despite his teammates being atrocious. Also seem like the type of player that would thrive in the NBA with the spacing and the open lanes. People might criticize the defensive play but even then he is still averaging 1.4 blks a game as a PG to go along with 1.7spg. Definitely signs of his elite motor and athleticism.
Obviously I would be happy with ball or DSJ but I see Fultz as someone that could definitely end up as one of the top 3 best players in the league in his prime and that is simply not a talent I would want us to pass on if he's available.
