If Jim and Mitch had a brain cell between them they'd be on the phone with Brooklyn offering Williams and Nick Young for whatever we can get. They just lost Lin for another 5 weeks, plus it gets them more wins. Win win for us.

Why should Brooklyn do this for I mean do they want to serve up the number pick to the Celtics or lower it to as many as 4.

The irony is that everyone wants to ship Lou, even though he is probably our best player right with Russell out.

I honestly hope we can keep both Young and LouWIll for a few more years.

Because they have no incentive to tank over the next couple of years. Lou Williams would immediately be the second best player on the Nets.

I'd get Jeremy Lin back and send Lou and Clarkson.

I don't think Jeremy Lin wants to come back to LA after all the hell we put him through.

I'd rather go through an eternity of rebuilds than getting Jeremy Lin and his annoying fans back on this team.

1. The 8th seed is both mathematically and probabilistically possible. We are one good month away from running away with it, so are 7 other teams but we have the benefit of the easiest schedule.
2. The front office is more than likely to change this summer. Jeannie is not wasting her time posturing, change is on the cards and I suspect Mitch would let the incumbent handle the roster as it is than make any lasting moves in his final few months unless he more than sure of his position.
