You never win when you fail on purpose. I literally went from man I love this game to feeling sick to my stomach. Damn. 30 mill of cap space coming up and you tank. damn...

Solid. Tank rolls on, AND that should add a nice little boost to Lou Will's trade value. All in all a solid game all the way around.

He honestly can be, but at that point, there's no point playing him. Play Russell, Randle, Ingram the entire 4th quarter to get them the experience. Lou Williams, if we keep him, will have this exact same type of game for the next 5 years. He could be extremely valuable if we had a better team and our players were experienced enough.

Really disappointed with Luke's handling of the youngsters. Little to no progress from them with marked regressions in some cases (i.e. Clarkson).

The only reason I can think of that the starters didn't play much in the 4th is that Luke wasn't happy with their effort earlier in the game. Other than Lou no one was burning it up out there. Some solid minutes by a couple others but really just a bad game all around except for Cousins and Williams individually.

D'lo, JC, Ingram, Randle, Nance/Zu should be the lineup closing games. I don't care if it results in Ls in every game. Those are the guys that need to develop. Watching Lou pick n roll the whole 4th quarter does nothing for me, not interested.

Lou was ball'n and Luke went with the hot hand. I don't have an issue with that. Lou did deserve to be out there. Luke has to be straight up though, because this game was about getting a W, not development. If it was about development, you find a way to get your youngsters in there regardless of the situation.

In the long run, if Lou wins that game for us, it doesn't make a whole lot of difference for the future of this team. If the youngsters find a way to win it though, it does. Luke needs to decide what he wants. Is he out for long term success, or immediate wins.

Looks like Lou Will is hoping to move to a winner. Love the fight in that dog.

Lakers are trying to trade Lou, showcasing him right now is the smartest play. Maybe we can ship him out to a desperate team that'll send us a late 1st

Yup! That's why I'm not too upset about last night. I do think Luke needs to be playing the youngsters more, regardless of the situation, because they are the future of this team. Regardless of what he, or anyone says. But... We only have 1 more game before the trade deadline (against PHX). Lou going crazy in these last couple games is the best shot we're ever gonna get at getting max value for him.

It's only 1 more game. Let Lou go nuts. We can worry about the "future", and everything else after that.

Nance got abused by Cousins down the stretch. I still don't see a coherent defensive philosophy from Luke. When you have a high usage superstar like Cousins you need to swarm him, play ball denial and force others to make shots. Too easy for Cousins to catch and operate.
