Can anyone travel on airlines with bloodthinners?
That would start my concerns.
More realistic position might be to retain on the coaching staff along side Kareem to develope post players.
We could always sign him to a 10 day contract later into the season, as needed, but restricted to home/ local games.
Just my opinion...

Bosh is a high caliber player both on/off the court, we'd be lucky to have him. With his high IQ and personality there are other ways for him to impact the game on the sidelines, whether it be coaching, FO job, etc. Don't want to see a great guy like Bosh put himself at risk. Even if the risk is small, still not worth it imo. I can understand why the Heat chose not to let him play. I think he needs to find a drive for something else instead, whether it be business, sports analyst, etc. Just wish I had a crystal ball to know he wouldn't have a medical issue out there playing at basketball's highest level. At that level, if the body has any weaknesses, it is going to show. Just too risky imo.

He only should go to a contender and play home games and road play-off games if healthy. I don't want to see a man die in a Lakers uniform also. No thanks.
