all hes good for is a few rebounds and push the pace for easy offense other than that, he cant read the defense nor handle the ball well, his 3p needs tons of work!

Randle will be traded if the right trade comes mark my words < if the right trade doesn't come then we'll keep him most likely :) either way I'm happy with him being PF

If you think Randle is anywhere in the same stratosphere as Russell in ability to run point just cause of Randle's apg, you are as blind to Russell's talent as ever.

Watch some easily available vids from lakers film room go see the difference between someone like Russell reading and reacting to the defense compared to someone like Clarkson, much less Randle.

I didn't say any of that... In fact I pretty clearly stated the opposite.

Lakers film room are unmitigated Russell Homers... They have absolutely zero credibility on that particular subject. I can't believe you don't see that.

I guess the standard Russell defensiveness is going to ruin this thread too...

C'mon man... Trying to say that you, somehow, have more credibility than Laker Film Room is pretty laughable.

I get where OP is going with this. Julius has shown to be good at finding guys in the open court, but running an offense is something completely different. You gotta understand offenses, and defenses. You gotta be at least decent as a ballhandler in the pick-n-roll. And... You gotta be able to handle ball pressure while at the same time being able to make the right reads.

I hate to say it, Julius just ain't that guy. Especially not full-time.

I'd like to see if he could do it. I think his lack of a perimeter game doesn't help him in this regard, but having him be PG could throw a wrench in the opponent's game plan.

Yeah, I didn't say any of that either... I think the basic level of commitment required to participate in an internet forum, is probably to actually read the posts. Beyond that, a basic, fundamental, ability to then understand what you read, is probably a minimum requirement as well.

So how much of that did you read? I'm betting it's all a blur after 'say'...

I completely agree. For that same reason I think you should go back and read the posts. You might have to take a moment and let them sink in for a bit. I mean, they are your posts, so I wouldn't except too much too quickly, but I think it's for the best in the long run.

Don't worry though, after a while it'll start to become second nature to you. At least we all hope.

Sure then call up Canada and bring in Royce White to be the back up PG. No turnover problems there.
