Can't blame the frontoffice for not working hard enough. They've been on the mark in draft night.

Re: Welcome PJ Dozier
Well I guess someone has to start at sg now that we traded ours away for a center and then drafted two more big men
Warspite:
Prince + filler for Kobe Bryant
To be honest the way Prince has played and with Kobes injury/age/mileage Im not sure I would do that deal either. Still Prince is more important and he wins the head to head battles with Kobe.

I'd rather they work less... like a lot less... like 0 minutes and quit before they ruin everything.

worth having a look at him.
Decent defender but not enamoured with him either. Not the best shooter in the world but is athletic.

Like a real deal? Or summer + training camp invite type thing? He was very bad last season, to be honest. 39-137 3P 28.5%... like you can't shoot them, so stop! Really poor 91.4 ORtg against Tier A college teams. .597 from the FT line. Iman Shumpert type of player.

PJ was considered a late first to mid second round pick candidate. He struggles with the shot at SC and only shot 55% from the FT line. He also shot less than 30% from 3. That said, he is long at 6'6" combo guard. He is athletic and is known as a strong defender able to guard both PG and SG plus SF position. If he can knock down the jumper or learn to shoot the 3, then we have a capable bench player for the Lakers. Good pickup.
FO continues to mold the team into defensive minded, hustle players. I like that.

I was looking if his agent Kevin Bradbury had any big name clients we are greasing the wheels for but he has none.

I dunno. I mean, his name doesn't really sit well with me.
I mean..
Does he doze off a lot?
He must be sleepin if he's in his jammies all the time..
I mean, look at his name, he's PJ.
But welcome dude.

Re: Welcome PJ Dozier
Again, PJ has to work on his jump shots but he has a ton of potential at 6'6". He plays hard and have long arms with his athleticism. The kid could be a mix of Nance with Cooper. PJ improved on his FTs from 55 to 60% from freshman to sophomore year but that needs to be in the mid 70s. That said, he could be a great defender and slasher type for us. Solid potential and candidate for the 2 way contract.
