Vince Carter

one Year Deal. 2million.

He's made all of his money. he's a great locker room guy. can mentor the young guys. Great leader. Can come in and Shoot three pointers. would be one of our best three point shooters.

perfect player you want next to Lonzo. stand on that perimeter catch that ball and shoot. can still score. make free throws. doesn't need the ball to be effective in the game.

And it's only for one year. he knows his role he's on the bench. these kind of players are kind of like player coaches.

Last Season he was still very effective. he doesn't have to play every game but he can come in and give some offense. I just think Vince has really shown how to play and continue your career. he became one of the best three point shooters worked on his game.

And Pelinka will smile this is a pelinka guy.

what's out there. this guy is a good signing. play that three point game.

I think we need to spend like $40M to get above the salary floor... Let's drop $20M/1yr on VC just for the hell of it.

That offer is disrespectful.....Vince said he just wanna play and contribute, and he doesn't wanna be a ring chaser. But when everyone is getting paid and you only offer him 2 mil a year, that's disrespectful to a boarder line hall of famer like him. The money is not coming out of your pocket, and if it's a 1 year deal then it really doesn't matter how much we are offering him. 8-10mil a year would be more reasonable.

Yes please! Vince would be another great mentor for Brandon Ingram along with his good friend Kobe Bryant.

Actually the money IS coming out of whoever signs him's pocket. <----god awful grammar there...but you get the idea.

I like Landsbergers suggestion to get Aaron Afflolo. I think he does more for us, personally.

If we get Vince, that's fine. It doesn't move the needle much for me, either way.

If this happens, let's just let it be our little secret... In the meantime, I don't have a big enough lock.
