Great news. I think he just has to do what Kobe. He emulated Jordan.

Ingram should emulate KD.

Every players getting paid millions should be working on improving their shot.

I can't imagine a guy is so stubborn not to have a shooting Coach who
makes 40% & 50% from the Free Throw line but this is his Job and only Job.

He just has to practice in his free time and get better. If you are on a hundred million contract
for sure you should have a shooting, conditioning and a nutrionist at the very least.

Your team added a top 3 pick this year, and just signed the best FA on the market, and you're worried about coming to a Lakers board to troll?? Nice to know we live in your head rent free even when we're at the bottom.
I'm not worried about anything. I come to this lakers board because we own the 2018 lakers pick, and checking to make sure things are still looking bad for that pick to increase. Looks like they are. With Lakers gaining glass man Lopez and losing Russell, Porter Jr will be very nice addition to the 1-seed balling Celtic.

edit: pretty clear case of repeat trolling.

I hope he works with Lonzo as well. Lonzo kind of got a KD type shot.

One thing I noticed that I think BI should look at is tape of how KD plays the best defenders.
Watching some of the GSW/CC 2017 FINALS, KD showed me that he looks through LBJ with the ball.
Confidence.
Knowing your potential and not allowing great players the opportunity to get you to question yourself.
Press through, excel, achieve success with your mindset.
BI has this opportunity

Hope Ingram is the Kobe to Durants Jordan. Keep practicing the fundamentals BI.

I loved his willingness to throw his body at a defender, have enough strength/control to bounce off and get off a good shot that is unblockable due to his length.

really a complete game from Ingram, who looks like he might need to be the primary ball handler in the half court.

Randle's pretty good at that too... But I'm not worried about Ball... I kind of think this might have been as much about Ingram getting off to a good start this season as it was about ball just taking it slow... His passing is light years ahead of Russell's so once he gets some more burn with actual team mates he'll be better...

But between Ball, Ingram and Randle, we have a pretty good movement core on offense... I think if they can learn how to do it, they can all share the distribution load and feed off each other and Lopez down low.

That said, there's a ton of variables in doing that... And it's a long road ahead.

26 points on 17 shots. This kid is gonna be a special player. I hope we force feed him more this year. There's no reason for him to not get 20 shots a game given this roster.

Disappointing as Ball was, Ingram looked really, really good. So that's encouraging. He's got enough tools to be a really nice player, so hoping that was a sign of things to come.

Ingram played really good opening night of the Summer league. Lonzo Ball had a horrible shot, but he had a weird shot to begin with that the coaches will have to change. Give Ball some time and he will get better.

Just the Summer League, it appears. Magic didn't want to take any chances.
