Dont think so...

Weber is a quality player as a fine replacement for Nwaba. He didnt score much in college but he has stepped up his shooting and especially his defense. He is a good on-the-ball defender to support Lonzo and super quick with steals. He can knock down the 3s and is super athletic/jumper. He is also a very competent passer and rebounder. He might win/steal the backup role away from Ennis by end of the season if Luke gives him a shot.

If the Lakers give him a shot, I think he will become a fan favorite quickly.

Another Magic move that I love.

I like this signing a lot. If he develops further, he can potentially fill a Michael cooper type of function in that he plays one on one defense very well with very long and quick hands and he runs the lanes as well as anyone and can finish from three or with a slam dunk. I think Magic sees Coop in him. Future fan favorite and great role player if he maximizes his potential.

Brewer is a pesky and long defender to learn from. I like this signing a lot but it leaves us a whole pile of questionable guards. Who amongst the guards besides starters Lonzo and KCP (and JC) will break out? Hart, Ennis, Weber, Caruso? Is it a numbers game? It'll be interesting to follow. I'm putting my "who can beat Ennis" :-) sweepstakes money down on the outlier Weber.

Vander Blue should be shipped out with JC. I'm not even counting him as a player Luke will use. Not until he plays defense and also passes the ball at least once.

i like this signing a lot. he was good in SL during his stint w the hornets, he was actually good and very active on defense, he will give our guards a run for their money.
