Cut the man so he can latch onto someone like the Spurs or another contender.

They were clearly thinking there was going to be a trade... It's not too many games into the season. It could still happen soon.

It seems like they're ramping up on the Deng and Randle fronts... I could see them trading Lopez too, honestly.

That might be best. Trade Lopez, dump Bogut, start Randle, bring Bryant and Zu off the bench... Give up a lot of offense, but get back a bunch of defense and a couple roster spots for shooters.

What I really enjoyed about Randle's play last night was he was vocal. I saw him directing the Defense and Offense on a lot of plays, and not just calling his own number.

Rob banking on a late 1st for Randle, especially with his play recently. Hence, the Woj report on national television last night.

I agree though, we need to dump some players.

I know that report has everyone fired up, but I don't necessarily believe it... Or at least don't believe that's all of it.

It makes no sense to put that out there unless you're desperate to dump Randle immediately. Not sure why that would be. Especially if you're also trying to dump Deng.
And we need shooters and cap space... Why a late first pick? Unless we need a late first to complete another deal.
If we get 2 Max guys this summer, and have our other young guys, we won't likely be making too many picks for the next few seasons...

So I'm willing to believe Woj is a shill for Pelinka and Magic right now, I'm not buying this as a straight forward request for a pick for Randle.

Late 1st's are our speciality. Get us a late 1st and Ryan West and Jesse Buss will find us another gem.

I'm not concered with our shooting as we're not contending for a championship. Building for the future is key, which includes cap space, player development, and core development.

Honestly, I'd love for us to flip Lopez, Zubac, Randle , and Clarkson at the deadline. I think we might have a shot at keeping KCP even though we must renounce him.
