Some Zu highlights from the last game. Looks a bit more explosive now.

Nice to see. Zu has such good hands and is so skilled, if he could just get a little quicker, he'd be a big weapon in the NBA. This video gives me hope that may be possible, because it wasn't looking good this summer.

Alex Caruso knows how to play, especially the point. Triple-threat dynamic guard, works hard on defense, and possesses solid athleticism. He can take contact and finish, get into the paint, and throw down some mean dunks. But he can stroke it from three, and on top of that, he's unselfish, has great vision, and can throw different passes from different angles.

He knows how to balance all his skills to make the right reads and the right play. That's pretty rare to see in a 23 year old that hasn't gotten a real opportunity yet.

I'd like to see him get called up while KCP is out.

Just based on skillset, poise, leadership, maturity, and everything else I've seen, this kid will not only make it, I think he's eventually a starter in this league. I understand the slow play approach though; KCP and Clarkson are taking up a lot of minutes in the backcourt.

Whoa... Just noticed the score... Apparently D wasn't being served that day.

G-league in general is played at a much higher pace. Some of it is due to rules but even otherwise teams like to get as many possessions as they can to evaluate players.

This thread randomly reminded me of Vander Blue.

I don't think I've even seen him on the bench since October. Was he re-assigned?

Alex called up! Called it...

Hell of a game to be called up for, CP3 and Harden will likely destroy him if he sees any playing time, but I hope he continues to get an opportunity ... I'd like a three guard rotation of Lonzo, Clarkson, and Caruso.

Absolutely - we should never have sent him down. Let Ennis go -
