To be less the cynic, Pelinka and Magic have proven to see talent where others don't (Kuzma/Hart), and Luke has proven to make good use of and maximize whatever talent he has on the roster (Caruso/Hart/Lopez/Randle/Nance/Kuzma) so I'll assume he'll contribute.

Until he proves differently, which I think he will.
