Play Deng 35+ minutes!

Get out there and earn some of that $$ you bum. Play good...and maybe we can trade you a little easier. He talks up how much he 'just loves the game' and how it's killin him sitting on the bench.

"Lakers execs are not closing the season with the buzz they built "

actually they basically synthesized Andre Ingram
... and the winner of "Best Short Story" is... ... ...Andre Ingram brought to you by Magic and Rob Pelinka!!

I've never seen a modern day NBA player with grey hair. Fun story.

why would you risk your future for games that mean nothing to us?

My posts have been clear. It is derived from the belief that the players are not injured. At least in Lonzo's case. I believe (and Lonzo has said himself) he's just hurting.

With the above said, my contention has been with the lack of filling the roster when injuries happen. By over playing players they caused injuries and broke them down. Now the roster is filled with non NBA players. These guys should have been added and sprinkled in proactively rather than by need.

I know some of you made this about baseball versus basketball. That's not the point. The point is that there are other things to get excited about. You want to finish strong and keep attention to the future over the off-season. The lasting memories of this season is that of Ennis driving to the hoop. What's more, Magic Johnson spent much of this time rolling around Dodger spring training. The time when his kids were forced to play 40 minutes a game in their rookie year prior to their subsequent injuries.

As an aside, I didn't make the title of the thread. Mine was more tactful. The title was changed.

you sound really upset dude... but it is what it is, the team wanted to see what the young core could do, we saw we're happy. they played better than most expected. its not like we could just go out and add anyone, the season was over bruh, just deal with it....

injuries will happen, Randle was lost 14 minutes into his rookie season, was he playing too many minutes, what about Simmons, he got hurt in the off season, was he playing too many minutes? these guys are you they need the minutes, to gel and get better

This was a silly thread to begin with and hasn't really gone anywhere from there.
