Man, James haters and/or Kobe fanboys, at least wait until he effs up a few times before you start your stupidity. Amazing. Though, with that being said, yep that is Lebron and sometimes it is maddening. He hits a 28 foot 3 pointer at the buzzer to send it to overtime and then misses two free throws at the end of that overtime that would have clinched the game? The free throws thing is crazy in that is obviously all in his head, but after 16 years, he still gets the yips at times. Oh well, it is one of his only weaknesses and when it rears its ugly head, it really rears its ugly head.

Crazily, 32/8/14 has only been done 107 times during the regular season, including both LeBron and DeRozan last night.

Heart breaker but I've never been more confident in an 0-3 team than this one. Let's not forget the '11 Heat were near .500 after 15 games & ended up making the finals (yeah I know, the West is much tougher) .There are a lot of new faces and it takes time to gel.

I hope Kuzma some how makes it into the starting lineup. He has killer instinct and such a natural ability to score which can make him a solid number 2 for Lebron.

The most encouraging part of the season is Lonzo's shooting. Even though it is a small sample size you can see his form has changed. Last year his shooting was absolutely atrocious. I thought I'd never see a guard have a 46% free throw shooting percentage. I thought his shooting was beyond repair but I have hope now it can at least be respectable eventually

But the defense overall though, I'm not sure what can be fixed. The personnel is just not there. McGee & Lebron are not good help defenders so I'm in favor in putting in Kuzma at the 4 and moving Lebron back to the three. Yeah it won't improve anything defensively but they need to put their best offensive talents on the floor at least

If the king asks for an iso he gets an iso.

And that’s the reason the Lakers will struggle.

At the current pace and free throw rates I'd expect more of those crazy stat lines to come up.

Unbelievable

Lebron is pathetic.
Kobe never clanked 2 clutch fts and then missed the game winner
Never

Never in 20 years

Pathetic

Wuuut Kobe USUALLY missed that. He was a closer because he tried to make sure it wasn't close by the end of the 4th, but he was awful at clutch shots period.

Show me one example in 20 years of games where Kobe missed back to back clutch time fts than missed the game winning shot

It never happen

20 years. Never happen

Never!!!
Just show me once example where Kobe missed 2 fts in a row in the clutch. Never mind missing the game winner

Look it is the totality of it all

05/15...33.3%...Driving Layup Shot

03/12...25.0%...Jump Shots

He called a timeout when we had none to end the fourth and should have lost the game there

He didn't contest Rudy's 3 to cut the lead like he didn't contest Tucker's the game before which sealed our loss

He then missed the free throws back to back but you can expect that when he is 10-21 in that scenario since the start of last season as he's anti shaq there late the past year or so

It is a mental thing right now that some have a problem with in regards to LeBron. Well I can't speak for everyone but for me its almost like he's half checked out and it's crazy because his stats are good on surface. He also in the 300s for defense as a player at this time so he is half assing it there. PEople will say well Kobe, but Kobe in year 17 was playing harder than him with the Nash/Dwight crew and it's frustrating. LEBron needs to get some things together from conditioning to shooting to defense to attention to detail.
