Stop talking about AD... He is going to costs us 3 assets at least plus we miss out on the other free agents...
Question: Is Butler, Ball, Kuzz & picks > AD...
Answer: All day long...
I am DONE dealing with New Orleans (CP3 & AD) & we need to be realistic... Find me a better defensive backcourt than Ball (6’6”) & Butler (6’7”)... You won’t, they don’t exist...
Ball (6’6”), Butler (6’7”), LBJ (6’8”), Kuzz (6’9”) & McGee (7’0”) has the makings of a GREAT defensive unit & allot of matchup problems...

McGee is not a starting center. I think he proved that later in the season. Also ball has to prove he’s not injury prone for at least an entire season. Butler has also been known to be injury prone. Would be nice to have a healthy season of players who fit Lebron and also play hard every game

Re: What does a successful off-season look like to you?
To me, a successful off-season looks like this:
They hire a president of basketball operations that knows his stuff as well as a solid coach and start to run their team like the professional organisation they claim to be, so no Kurt Rambis, Magic Johnson etc. Jeanie steps back a bit.
They get a max level player. Ideally KD/Kawhi, but Butler/Kyrie/Kemba/Klay/Middleton would also be fine.
They do their due diligence with regards to AD, but what they offer should very much depend on who they get in free agency.
They draft BPA at #11 - possibly a Brandon Clarke / Bol Bol.
They round out the team with guys that make sense.

The message to the team has to come from the top. Who is in charge? Next comes what direction are we the team is going and is everyone on the same page. Who is going to take the leadership position for the players and establishing the next head coach and staff. Once these tasks are performed players required from the draft, free agents and trades. Assembling the team and coaching staff will be very important step with good communication between players and management. These are all simple procedures however application and the personalities involved could be a problem rather than the solution if management does not get it right.

Sign Kawhi. They’ve spent two years chasing him and i believe they have the inside track.
Sign a competent coach who is respected by players, can inspire defense and understands x’s and o’s. I like the names they are talking to.
Get healthy. Stay healthy. Please for the love of god.
Especially ingram who is a good kid, works hard and doesnt deserve these issues.
