Lakers waive Norvell, sign Cacok to two-way deal

Norvell is still playing for the SBL I believe

I think it was obvious that due to the way the Lakers have way too much guard depth that Norvell wouldn't ever really be getting any PT.

Thus, it was very sensible to move Cacok up the hierarchy in case any of our bigs have to spend time rehabbing an injury

Hmm. I liked his game.

They played THT last game, I wonder if his spot is safe
USA Celtics in full effect. Amazing chemistry building experience right there for the main core of the team

THT will be an impact player. He stays until we know what we have. I think he’ll be one of the steals of this draft. Maybe next season as he’s very young.

Norvell is easier to replace although he has shown promise.

Signing Cacok? Awesome!

we now are seeking lakers version of montrez harall but little too short and dont think he can keep up defending the 3s and 2s and too small to defend the 5

one thing we all know is rim runner hustler players have 1 2 good years but wont be as effective latter on like whiteside and faried. if he have a decent 3 pt shot in his arsenal then it is different. cacok may play hard but is nowhere near athletic and is not that good in defending to be an meaningful player. now its just my opinion so its not 100% true but who knows maybe he will suprise us all maybe not.

Well they are both listed 6-7 and 240 lbs per basketballref but yes, Harrell is so strong and effective in the paint he looks like 6-10, 250lbs.

Cacok is more developed that Giannis brother, he is also a hard worker, plays tough defense but I don't know yet he can truly battle it out inside and also can cover the perimeter.

I like both cacok and norvell. I think we haven't seen the last of norvell in a LA Lakers uniform. He's definitely worthy of a stash. Cacok probably was getting offers I feel like. Just me guessing though
