First game at Staples after Kobe

Post#1 » by stan francisco » Fri Jan 31, 2020 3:55 am

I wonder what they will do. The Lakers organization are usually very classy and measured with this type of stuff.

A silent minute should for sure be a given. I’m sure there will be a video.

I don’t think Kobe would’ve wanted to dominate this game by too much of the ‘presence’ of his passing hovering for too long, but how could they not play in black jerseys, for instance?

They should make new black commemorative unis for the occasion.

Another thing I’d like to see in this game, LBJ playing lockdown defense on opposing star. Then repeat every game, rest of season. Mamba mentality.

Basically wondering if there were any rumors, news that I’ve missed.
