I'm guilty of basing my observations on pts scored and FG and 3pt FG%'s and yes, Kuzma has been shooting much better and as they say it's a hit and miss league.
I always felt that most of the time that he tries hard enough to defend and do other things but I also notice that he is also maturing and making good decisions on the court. His assists are not glaringly increasing but I see him reading the defenses better lately, finding open teammates, cutting, trying to bother shots etc. He still makes some silly mistakes like fouling jumpshooters but it has decreased IMO.
One advanced stat I just realized is that he is so much better when gets set up for shots rather than ask him to do iso's.
His 3pt made% assisted is at 93% and also he makes a paltry 29.9% FG overall unassisted https://stats.nba.com/player/1628398/?sort=PCT_AST_3PM&dir=1

Wow.. that's telling.. Nice work digging that up mate. I hope that finds Vogel or Kidd in someway.

When kuz gets forcefed he always does well it seems like. Thinking way back in his summer league days with Ball. Kuz with Ball feedin' him was extremely fun to watch.
