Phil Jax said Lakers could have easily waived Vlad Radmanovic for breach of contract when he injured his back snowboarding and lying about it. Lakers gave huge contract to Kobe when he was clearly on the decline his final 2 years, I strongly believe players and families are taking notes about how teams treat their employees, ask AD's dad about Boston.
