We lost without AD, LeBron, Caruso, or Gasol... That's 3 of our starters from the finals last season, and Gasol, who replaces Howard...
They won without their backup C and a rookie...

Lets not make this into something more than it is... If we had Caruso and Gasol, we would have won this handily. And I doubt winning by a basket in the last seconds of the game did anything to improve Luke's rep.
