I've said it before. This guy is done. He put up big numbers on a weak Washington team. I guess everyone was fooled by that.

The problem is, a lebron james led team will NEVER EVER have continuity. Which one of his teams after 2010 ever have? He is the kind of meddling with roster changes in an attempt to always have the most talent on his team, disregarding fit or continuity. He pushes all these changes behind the scenes, that has never been a secret IMO. I'm pretty sure Kyrie soured on him after he learned he was tryna trade him for PG and someone. Thats who the guy is, a snake who only looks out for himself first and foremost. He is good at hiding his two face though, i'll give him that.

I said it before, the lakers sold their soul to this clown for 1 ring...and now they will suffer for it for the foreseeable future.

Wait, Pelinka gets credit for the team that won a championship and Lebron is to blame for the construction of the teams that had or currently having a poor season? You can’t have it both ways.

I don't think the first go around had that much to do with James as the Lakers hitched their wagon to Kawhi and got spurned then made last minute signings. Some of the key players during that run were already on the team from the previous year, a roster that James wanted no part of. I'm no Pelinka super fan so I guess you can split the blame, but its hard to do your job when someone is constantly meddling with your work.

The lack of continuity is something you see wherever he goes, its not a coincidence at this point. Only place where he wasn't able to flex his muscles was during his tenure with the Heat. That is when OG Riley said, "Play ball and leave the front office work to me". Sadly our storied franchise, desperate for a star, wasn't able to say no to LeBron James.

The Westbrook trade is also his doing. Showtime is back baby.

LBJ is not my guy. Never was, never will be.

However, you think his teams lack consistency? I see what you’re saying, but that would then make it even more impressive how many deep playoffs runs and finals his teams have been to; despite that inconsistency.
