Some Positive numbers of late

1. Lakers still at 11th in DRTG even that tough 10-12 day stretch where they lost 4-6 good defenders due to protocol.
2. Avery Bradley has hit 40% from 3 so far for the season.
3. Very Small sample size but Ariza is shooting 66.7 % from 3.
4. Melo is still at 39.3% from 3 while Lebron has been shooting great the past 11 games only failing to hit above 33% for just 2 out of 11 games.
5. Last 3 games they have held their opponents to under 107 pts/game.

The key number is that we lead the league in pace and also bottom 4 in turnover rate. Something’s gotta give there if we are to make progress on offense.

Hate to be that guy, but I couldn't refrain from  when I saw you mentioned Ariza's small sample size (credit for mentioning) of 6-9 from 3s. This is such a meaningless number... it means as much as a guy going 0-9 in a single game. Numbers have been positive, albeit with a huge caveat. The quality of most of our opponents has been mediocre at best. I'm sorry but I just can't get too excited about keeping Portland and T-wolves (both teams with key players out) to below 107 points. You know you're at rock bottom when McLemore leads your team in FGAs in any game.

Note that I just didn't say "small sample size" I said VERY SMALL SAMPLE SIZE !
I forgot to mention Monk is averaging 18 pts last 5 games too.
But hey, if you want to be in the Lakers' I hate this lineup club and every game you want to yell, Westbrook sucks, THT sucks, DA Jordan sucks, then be my guess. BTW Sky is blue, water is wet too. :)

Lakers are 12-3 when Austin Reaves plays 15 mins or more.

7-16 when he doesn't.

I'm not going to lie, I really like Austin. A 4 man combo of him with Lebron, Westbrook and Melo, they are +18 in 67 mins.
A 3-man combo of him, Lebron and Westbrook they are a +19.8 in 90.50 mins
They are a Plus +12 in ORTG WHEN he's on the court and a -4.0 without him.
One of the reasons of why I have reservations on keeping and using a roster spot on Stanley Johnson, another defensive 6-6 guy who can't shoot.
