Wenyen Garbiel was a good pick up. I hope he gets minutes, he'd be a good pairing with LeBron for small ball lineups. His size and energy will help a lot.

I have not had a chance to watch Luka this season, so it will be fun for at least one reason.

The Arkansas Travelers are finally starting together: James, Johnson, Reaves, Monk, Westbrook. Go Lakers!

I want to see some unselfish, tenacious basketball tonight.

By the way, LeBron James, considered one of the best passers in NBA history, is averaging 6.3 assists per game, his lowest since he hit the same mark with Miami in 2013-14. Conversely, his field goal attempts per game, 21.1, are the highest since 2007-8 in Cleveland.

Reaves got clobbered, and Frank Vogel is irate.

Good ball movement so far. Defense on Doncic looks okay. Monk is starting to heat up.

I see we've licked the stamp and are mailing another one in tonight....

A brutal second quarter to watch.

Lakers come back from a huge deficit, inspiring hope, only to end up losing down the stretch. A tale as old as time.

LoL I'm not watching any more games, but still here..

This team either trails from behind and tries to come back (sometimes)

OR

They get leads and then blow the leads in the 3rd/4th quarters

Can't wait for offseason and I think they/Lakers are also waiting for offseason
My Go Team
Magic, Jordan, Pippen, Duncan, Shaq

My Counter
Stockton, Kobe, Bird, Rodman, Dirk

Today's Team
Luka, SGA, Tatum, Giannis, Wemby

I honestly don't think this team is that far away from being a competitive team. If they just learn from their mistakes and build some chemistry at all, we can beat a lot of the western conference playoff teams. But the coaching doesn't seem to be getting through to the players at all and we somehow still keeps the coach around.

Agreed! And if the queen just had a pair then she would be king.

It's not Vogel's fault. We have so many veterans who are not only past it but are more concerned with their hair than leading by example and winning a ring at all costs. (Dwight, DeAndre, Ariza, Bazemore, and now even AD). TBH, I actually feel bad for Lebron and Russ having to play with some of these guys and I'm not a fan of either... but at least Lebron and Russ care about winning.

We need to reset... so don't go getting your hopes up for this season. :P

I rarely complain about the referees, but last night's crew was awful. LeBron was held around the waist when Monk sent an entry pass his way. A foul was called...and then overturned. It was a crucial moment late in the game.

Westbrook got hit by Doncic going up for a layup. The call? A T on Westbrook and a T on Coach Vogel for protesting. Afterwards, James was telling the ref that Doncic had his hands on Russell's back. Not to mention the times that James and Monk went up through contact and nothing was called. Okay, LeBron complains about everything, but it sure looked like he was hit a couple of times. And Monk is so fast, I doubt the refs noticed everything that was happening. He only complained once.

Eh I thought the officiating was fine. I knew this game was gonna fall apart the moment Lebron went to the bench in the 4th quarter. That and Monk missing three layups at the rim were death blows. Also I don't understand why Lebron took on the challenge of checking Luka down the stretch when Melo was doing a perfectly fine job of staying in front of him. Just one of many unsolved mysteries this season.
