There’s also a rumor that Carlisle would be kicked upstairs and they are considering a coach who did well there like Frank Vogel.

That's funny as hell, but they would probably buy him out. They have Haliburton, Duarte, and McConnell already. No real need for Westbrook other than the expiring.
