Gek speaks with truth. I've never taken flu shots. Flu shots are for children or geriatric people that have weak immune systems. Vaccinations not only protect you, but also protect the people around yourself. It pisses me off that some people don't take their vacinations at birth because they think their kids will get down syndrome. Bunch of dumbasses that don't understand medicine!

You just contradicted yourself, but thanks for the vote of confidence.

Flu shots are not just for old people and children! You can have the flu and be asymptomatic and still spread the disease. All it takes is rubbing your nose once or a sneeze once and you could spread the virus. I was required for work because I go into hospitals occasionally.

take the shots if you can. I did.

I exercised regularly, rarely ate junk food, ate healthy, took vitamins and I still got the flu last year. I had like, 3 instances in a year. probably my 5-7 hours of sleep also contributed to my weakened immunity.

Anyone can take them, but they are highly recommended for the elderly and the young. I was referring to vaccinations against Polio etc.

barely! there was this gust of wind that blew the tarp off the wood pile and I thought for sure an alien powered tornado was coming to destroy us all. turns out it was just a gust of wind though... this time.

Pain and Gain seems worthwhile.

Massive dudes with steroid issues and Michael Bay, how can you not fall for that?
