Baseball is ahead of the curve among sports when it comes to cleaning up their PED issues.
Ortiz juiced from 01-03. Has there been a more recent time?
Baseball doesn't seem like they're a whole lot closer to cleaning up their PED issue than they were a few years ago... I don't get the sense that it's no longer an issue in the sport.
I'll give them this though, they're head and shoulders above Cycling, which knows full well that the top riders for decades have been using some sort of PED, but continue to entertain these self righteous Witch Hunts every several months. If they looked hard enough I think they'd probably be able to justify stripping just about every major victory for at least the last 30 or 40 years.
But team sports are harder... You can strip individual awards like MVPs but it gets harder with championships...
Its ahead of the curve among the 4 top leagues when you take into account that the NBA is still DEBATING testing for HGH and the NFL has very little and too damn lenient testing rules for anything from testosterone to more synthetic drugs.
I have no clue on what NHL does though.
