You live in the middle of nowhere...Whens the last time you had an earthquake?

Earthquakes are by far the scariest cuz everything is shaking and there's no stopping it. The ground can literally open up. At least you can go underground with tornadoes and that pussy ****.

mostly the scariest thing about earthquakes is they come out of nowhere, you never know if the its gonna be the big one. at least you get a warning with other natural disasters.

^ Never been in a tornado...

Grew up in So Cal and the Northridge quake scared the crap out of me... Still though... I was in Minnesota when a series of major Tornadoes came threw and I can tell you it was 10 times worse...

The air pressure changes, the sky goes dark, the wind dies and all the animals are quiet, and you know it's coming but you have no idea where... The whole time, you're hair is standing on edge...

Tornadoes suck.

Not all earthquakes are the same... Even at the same magnitude, earthquakes move the earth differently.

The Northridge quake sucked because not only did it almost roll me out of bed, it felt about 3 or 4 times as long as the others... I felt like the house was holding up but when an earthquake happens, you're never sure if you're feeling the main tremor yet... So you're always wondering if it's going to be 'the big one'...

According to the geology final i have today there are two different waves P and S waves and then it also depends on the depth of the earthquake. The more shallower ones cause more destruction compared to the deeper ones.

Yep, didn't want to get too technical, and I hated Geology, but I remember that... Also it depends on the geological structures under you when the earthquake hits... Shale, alluvial plain, etc...

I dislike Man U as well though. Especially Chicharrito.

How can you hate the little pea? That's like hating Nutella or Jessica alba!

Me and the Mexican National team don't get along very well. its a Central American/Mexican thing . I think Doc could probably elaborate on it better.

Warch it there buddy

I just finished breaking bad yesterday..took me about two or three weeks...what a show

I am thinking house of cards next. Any other suggestions?

Man that earthquake was something else. Woke me up immediately when I was passed out. Of course it wasn't as bad as the Northridge earthquake though.

I dislike Geology and all earth based sciences. Worst class I have ever taken was archeology. I should have recorded the guy to help my insomnia because I swear in every lecture that he had half the class would literally fall asleep.
