He can also playmake on top of that D

Hate Marcus Smart, Hate the Celtics, truly dislike the Kings... The only thing interesting to me about this move would be if by some miracle they all gave each other a rather virulent case of the clap...

I find it hard to not sheer for a guy who plays as hard as Smart. I hate the Celtics, but that sob plays hard, much like Tony Allen did. Can't help but respect that no possessions off mentality

I find pretty easy to dislike a player like Smart who flops and embellishes contact to a level that no one around the league comes close to.

So did Fish, Manu, Pau, and a lot of other guys

But that said he still gets into his guy, dives on the floor, plays hurt, played with a broken hand and still went up to meet Bron at the rim in the playoffs when guys like Russell, Clarkson, and even Brook would have got the **** out the way

so what's the deal with Mo Wagner? is he the real deal? I keep seeing more articles about him that pump him up in summer league than anybody else, but I'm not sure what to think yet. where are you guys on him?

He plays really, really hard. I like how he manages to pile up blocks and steals without necessarily being a stopper. Has a decent-looking stroke so if he can translate that to actually making shots he's definitely got the potential to be a solid rotation guy.

He has great defensive instincts but his base isn't developed enough to push around guys at the NBA level yet. His rebounding and blocking timing is great...
He's not a high fly act at this point... Not much of a vertical from what I've seen and he plants his feet and gets knocked down a whole lot.

But he's vocal as hell out there and offensively he's got a lot of skills.

He's legit, but he's at least a season away from getting solid court time... Especially on our team at the 4.

Kilroy, don't you think he's more of a 5 considering the state of the NBA and our current roster?

From back up the brinks truck to a one year minimum deal, he’s going to be a cautionary tale for years

I remember the Faried hype after like his 2nd year, what a disaster.

So Atlanta decided their cap is worthless and would rather help the nets use their cap and acquire a first.

Yea that trade makes little to no sense.

I mean if ATL is valuing vets that much we need to offer Deng + Zubac + 2024 SRP for Dedmon + Muscala + Miles Plumlee. Chop off 6.3mil in cap, ATL gets another grizzled vet and another far future SRP. I mean what else can they do with their cap now?

IT got paid pretty much exactly his worth, given that he only plays one side of the ball. Happy trails and good luck!
