my getting high causes accidents?

accidents happen in traffic cuz simply put, people aren't paying attention. i'm high and accident free since i started blazing, which is probably more coincidence than anything but my high ass ain't the problem in cali just 90% of drivers **** suck. la drivers have trouble in the following areas:


1) using turn signals

2) using side mirrors

3) adjusting properly to the rain, it seems most people just speed up

4) staying in their lane

5) the usual vanity distraction

also, while we're on the subject:

Can't believe how many people have no idea how weight distribution ties into avoiding car accidents. It's pretty much the difference between a hit and miss.

I myself prefer stick shift for the simple reason that i believe brakes aren't enough to avoid certain accidents, the potentially bad ones. I find that downshifting REALLY changes the momentum of the weight, giving me much more control over the situation, pretty much eliminating the effect of the other driver so that i can safely get out of there. I've gotten out of a few nasty moments that way, whereas just relying on my brakes more than likely would've given me an accident in most of those moments.

Smoking pot has nothing to do with car crashes. The majority of car crashes are caused by rubber necking.

No I'm not saying that getting high is the lone reason for car wrecks. Matter of fact I doubt that even a tenth of them are a result of people being under the influence. I saw my share of idiots on the road the last three days that I was in the so cal. I wouldn't say that I disagree with any of the reasons that you cited.

It sucks tbh. Not a whole lot to do unless you're a compulsive gambler. Tahoe is really nice during the summer, I usually go 5-6 times a year. On top of that we're within a hour or two of a bunch of top notch ski resorts. If you're a fan of four seasons and drinking alot (we won the most drunk city a year back) then this is your spot lol.
