He's damn talented, that's for sure. You gotta admit he plays that mustache twirler role a lot though. Just off the top of my head: Leon the Professional, Lost in Space, The 5th Element, True Romance (not sure if TR applies). He's the best at it too, imo, and seems as if he enjoys it.

And I'm off to get murked out in Halo, evening gents.

Depp supposedly really captured Hunter S Thompson in that movie, but you might want to check out Where the Buffalo Roam too... Which is similar but with Bill Murray playing that part.

well yeah thats because depp was very good friends with hunter s thompson. you should watch gonzo, its a documentary about thompson narrated by johnny depp. its excellent.

I've never seen A State of Grace. Looking at the imdb page, it looks really promising. Gary Oldman is in it, who I like, even though he normally hams it up as a typical mustache twirling villain.

Oldman is great in Grace too... Not hammy at all. Might be my favorite performance from him as well...

Brando's legacy would live on no matter what. I think Penn and Depp focused too much on his persona and not enough on his work...

Yes, I'd heard this. Not a huge HST fan, but I always wanted to see Gonzo but never have. Might be time.

Wouldn't say there's a clear favorite, but the Broncos are riding a 11 game win streak playing sensational on all three phases. Packers, Niners, and Pats are right up there though; you could make a strong case for either of them.
