Not as easy as it sounds. you can't just take someone to jail and go to court and say this guy put shoes on the cable lines of the street so he is a gang banger. The same thing applies to Tattoes. It's really hard to put someone behind bars in the U.S.
Also civilians don't cooperate with police because they don't trust them. I mean I don't blame them sometimes.

i mean it can't be that hard/expensive to get an undercover cop to go in and buy drugs and then get subsequent warrant for search?

It'd be hard for a real cop to get into South Central and come back alive. You need a big squad to step in gang territories like that. Do you even watch Gangland?

Google Cabrini Green projects and Chicago's west side, East St. Louis, South Central LA. That's like the 4 worst neighborhoods in the western world.

you should visit the ASAD board. Get in touch with your roots

I hear that Australia isn't that great of place. Due to global warming there has been major droughts and a lot fires. I heard a lot of farmers abandoned the country. I do want to try roo. Heard its pretty good.

there is a lot wrong with the american education system

on a personal economic level, the ridiculous costs with little to no government assistance leaves kids graduating at the age of 22 with 6 figure debts, which is mind boggling to me. in australia the government subsidises your college education with a interest-free loan, which you only pay back once your income reaches a certain threshold.

academically, i spent a year at the uni of miami, which is a borderline top 50 school in the states i think. i took 300-500 level classes that were directly equivalent to classes back home in sydney. i had a 3.75 gpa for those classes which is at least equivalent if not better than my grades back home while going out 4-5 times a week, attending roughly 1/2 my classes and only studying/writing papers the night before they were due. the quality of writing was significantly lower, with papers that would score (generously) a 65-70 back home easily getting an A to an A+ (95+)

my best friend who was at uni of wisconsin madison which i think is like a top 20 school found the schoolwork equally uninspiring

therein lies my lack of faith in the american education system

yeah that only happens inland, where something like 10-15% of the population live. most australians live on the coast in major cities (perth on the west coast, sydney+melbourne+brisbane on the east coast)

needless to say, noone i know is a farmer/is really affected by droughts and i have never experienced a fire irl.

kangaroo is pretty delicious and is a leaner higher protein version of chicken.

Miami is not anywhere near a top 50 school and if you try to take Engineering/Science/math courses at the 400-500 levels, you'll surely find professors running circles around you.

I could care less about liberal arts programs or whatever comes before law school.
