I had a pretty significant drop off too when I took a whole month off (Thanksgiving week to Christmas). It has been a struggle to get it back to the same level, especially since I've been so inconsistent with my workouts.

at my peak i was hitting 410, after the 9 months or so + rehab i was only able to do like 250, finally back to where i was. a year and a half later

Honestly? Would be in my top 10 days of the year to predict something like this happening. I'd have guessed it would have happened tonight over last night, but still. Lots of partying, Valentines day OTW, fresh off the holiday season.

Yeah, should be interesting to see who he was partying with. I heard some model on a radio show say that she barely has enough time to sleep over the last week with appearances and parties. She played DirectTV genie and is on SI swimsuit edition as well.

I think Peyton GOAT manning is going to get his second Super Bowl, but I have a friend that plays for the Sea Hawks so I'm conflicted.
