Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League
I'm a little confused by Yahoo's IL system too.
What is the point of the red text "out" status? You can't put "out" players in you IL slot apparently. And today I have Deron Williams with the red text status "GTD" by his name, which is something different from out and injured? What does GTD stand for anyway?!
*nevemind - I worked out that GTD is game time decision

Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League
Oh, and I didn't mention the problem I have taking Porzingis off the IL. Not so much taking him off, but keeping him off.
Porzingis is no longer injured, so I swap him into my active roster trading spots with a injured player (Tyreke Evans).
Kristaps plays, his stats are counted, but the next day he magically appears back in an IL slot even though Porzingis is no longer injury eligible. '
I've done this twice now, moving Porzingis off the IL, playing him and then he's stuck back in the IL slot the next day. Is this a glitch? How do I move him permanently out of the IL...

I believe it does this when you have already manipulated the future days roster. It doesn't maintain the previous days' roster if you had already adjusted the lineup that day earlier in the week. Each day has it's own cookie if you will. If you adjust your roster one day at a time, then it will carry over.

Game-time decision.
This is Yahoo first time adding IL to basketball. It seems they are still working out the consistencies as what qualifies a player for an IL spot.

This makes sense, I set my rosters ahead every week, even though I usually check them daily.
So, I can purposely abuse the IL system by keeping a non-injured player on the IL intenionally..

Matt I just don't get why you wouldn't even entertain Ariza for KCP offers. Did you not see my pms or are you just ridiculously high on KCP? Because there's no reason to be low on Ariza after his early round performance last year.

There are some guys I feel like picking up, but I may just take a more wait and see approach this season and let my young guys develop unless i can find another Whiteside type guy.

I agree. Any time players do something that enables you to lose is a terrific time.

Waiver claim for Tyson by dropping Lou Will. Ariza is also available in waivers, thinking about dropping A. Gordon for him. What do y'all think?

Not a efficient night from Beal, but I like what I've seen out of him this season. Cant say I didn't call his breakout season.
