They're getting the pigeons out and replacing the ceiling/cleaning it all up. Bad news is all my **** is piled in the living room and I'm carved into a corner of the couch.

Good news #2. I'm meeting that kid at 7 PM est (so if I don't come back, tell me mums) and I'm an expert now (hopefully) at telling reals from fakes (thanks google and youtube!).

I'm only taking enough cash to cover it as well, no wallet. I'm also all read up on how to tell if it's a fake, so hopefully I'm successful.

. Either way the fakes are supposed to be worth $40 in sound quality and the land lord gave me $20 for dinner and cleaning supplies after he cleaned the roof so with that, if they are fakes, it puts them right on target.

They were fake. I schooled the kid in how to detect fakes. He seemed shocked that I could tell in five seconds. I felt like one of those appraisers on pawn stars that is like, I'm sorry, your gold coins are actually fake. There is chocolate inside.

Got an interview for Wednesday.

HR called today and the convo went like this:

HR: So Slava you still interested?
Slava: Yes
HR: Why quit your current job after only a year
Slava: Interested in designing electronics
HR: Relocation to Cali ok?
Slava: yes
HR: Good so will call you tomorrow for a technical interview
Slava: Umm.. need time to prepare.
HR: I understand, how about Wednesday.
Slava: Ok (Seriously? :-?

)

Year and half out of grad school and I forgot what its like to study again.
