i drink to get drunk, not to really enjoy it, and hard alcohol does it faster and more efficiently, plus beer makes me feel full as ****, aint nobody got time fo dat.

Unless im eating dinner with people/watching a sporting event then i'll go beer/wine.

that artificial sugar is worse for you than the real sugar ever could be. other than that your other drinks are surprisingly acceptable.

i know a guy that drank whiskey waters when calorie counting. never made sense to me.

ya it spikes insulin etc but links to cancer etc (aspartame) have never been verified. i've scoured ncbi for a long time about this.
and when u have like ~10 drinks a night, that's a lot of calories from coke i'm saving

I have no proof for this, but I think that artificial sweeteners are responsible for the increased child retardation rates. Nothing in life is 100% gain with 0% give (aka there's no amazingness that is sugar without costing something to us).

I understand you're saving calories, but you wouldn't gain weight, even with Coke's haha. Especially if you're drugging and clubbing to the extent that you claim.

it has nothing to do with that for me, it just tastes better with diet coke than regular. regular coke makes it taste too sweet.

Isnt diet coke more sweeter in taste?

I usually drink diet sodas. I calorie count a lot even though i consciously know Aspartme could give me cancer.

I heard that artificial sugar tricks your pancreas into producing excess insulin even though it isnt sugar

I typically stay under 100 IBU's, but I'll definitely try the 120 and added the Stone's IPA to my list.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub ... utput=html

had a few more at bars that I dont' remember.

Used to go to a British pub in St. Louis where they let you tick off different beers that you drink. I finished about 37. If you get to 108 they put your name on a wall of fame and give you a nice mug that you can use exclusively whenever you visit.

it's not new, it's just been banned in the U.S. as of late until recently (THANKS LOBBYISTS!) It's been used in Europe (lower infant mortality rates and autism rates) for a while now.

tbh my favorite beer from dogfish head is their indian brown ale. its way better than their IPAs imo. best brown ale ive had (not that im super knowledgeable about it) and probably the best beer ive ever had in general.

also the local craft beer bar i go to (or w/e they call it) are super cool and let me just straight up drink stuff before i decide what i want. they also have a whole bunch of sierra nevada stuff that i want to try.

If you see Stoudts Pils (German Style Pilsner), definitely give it a try. It's a local brewer, but a slightly larger brewery. Just had some over my week at home and it's delicious.

Also Troegs nugget nectar is a GOAT microbrew and from a local brewery, but seasonal and tough to find (one of the hoppiest I've tried at 93 IBU, but you wouldn't know it).
