Vogel needs to watch some tapes from the Lakers Vs Suns series from 05 playoffs. The way PJ was able to maximized Brown and Odom that series was amazing. Lakers were able to control the tempo by pounding the ball down low. This is what the lakers need to do in this series. I want to some plays for Dwight and LeBron on the low post.

This team is not going to win games where LeBron and AD combine to lay eggs. Its not about going small, the line ups with 2 bigs were +6 on the game, it isn't even about Rondo playing, Kuz had an even worse +/-, its about effort and details and the Lakers laid an egg.

I quite honestly did not expect such a poor performance from LeBron in a 2nd round playoff series. The Rockets were playing every other day for two weeks and the Lakers came in fresh from a 7 day layoff, this should have been a free win.

Thinking about first round matchup where we played full court pressure on dame and mccollem, love to see just a quarter of this against Harden and Westbrook. My thought is, this would not necessarily tire them down - but this could push the rockets into a half court game to slow them down more. Throw rondo (which 1/2 love here) to chase for a quarter, same with dion, green and white mamba.

I have a bad feeling about Eric Gordon finding his range. He struggled shooting and still managed 18pts/game, and I'm a believer of law of averages so he's due to a hot streak possible along with Green and House

Hmmm Gordon ehhh

Game 1 vs Portland, Lakers shoots under 16% from 3, they lose. Game 2, KCP and AD got hot while Dame and CJ struggles, Lakers win.
Game 3, Lebron shot well from 3, took 17 FTs, Lakers win. Game 4, Lebron and finally Green got hot from 3, Lakers win.
As I predicted in game 5. CJ, Melo, Simon etc, will let it fly and find their shot, but they didn't play defense, Lakers wrap up the series.
Meanwhile Gordon struggles to hit his shot vs OKC, so I had a bad feeling he'll eventually get hot....We think we've seen it all but then We couldn't even imagine an ultra short rotation can actually stop the Lakers offense from scoring but it happened.
Now what else could happen. Can AD finally assert himself inside. More than 10 months since Vogel and his staff has been hired and I can't see those sets for Lebron and AD to actually dominate the defense.
Will Kuzma get hot from 3? Can they minimize Harden?
