So after 18 years of being in the same building my pile of dog ish landlord decided to strong arm me and my pops into moving down the end of our building since he couldnt rent it for 3 years and my neighbor next to me for 14 years is in with the landlord to take over our building............ Keep in mind my 68 year old pops with 18 years of loyalty and never ever ever been late on our rent. In fact our landlord called us the ideal tenants and a family.

Come to find out this was only a retalation since we have complianed about a leaky roof that has damaged our equipments and one of my dads nicest Benzs he has ever owned as well as the building cracking in every direction possible.

I called him on a Monday before the last big storm we had the next day I recieve a letter stating that he will not renew our lease unless we relocate to a smaller building for a higher price that has even worst cracks imaginable and damage than the one we are leasing currently.

I have videos and pictures of everything from day one even before he sent us our renewal notice. We had complained several times about the huge tree next to our shop, how all the leaves and branches was damaging our cars and he never did anything about it and the same tree has been dropping leaves and branches on our roof and eventually it plugges up the rain gutters and drains causing the roof to fill with water and mud and basically damaging the roof and leaking all over our shop every single day. I have called him several times and left him messages. So he shows up a week and half after I called him and complained and he goes up on the roof inspects it himself and then leaves then he returns with a shovel and a rope and trash bags and goes up on the roof and cleans the gutter but leaves everything in a bag RIGHT ON TOP OF THE DAMGES ROOF. Meanwhile the landlord in front of us that has the same similar building sends a professional company to pressure wash their roof and clean everything the right way, and our land lord is a millionare with several several buildings all over south orange county while the other one is just an old man that has bought that building 20+ years ago.

My 80k printer as well as everything including air compressor, parts etc, my dads 200k dollar cars in the corner of our building where the gutter was plugged is all damaged when we came in to open our shop on Wednesday everything was under water. I have everything from Videos to photos from the begining off all of this to the end including all the dirt, leaves, branches laying on the roof, and now my attorney is involved as well as the city building inspector.

We have tolarated this B.S since we came into this building for 18 years. We have the cheapest landlord you can imagine. He never takes care of the building and everything like lights the walls outside and everything inside the building he makes us pay for it.

Oh well we tried. It is what it is.I will keep you guys posted.

All the while my best friend's busting his ass to get the deal of a lifetime. He's got some well connected people investing in his product. I might be living with a mult-millionaire by Friday. We'll see.

As you guys all know Im a FREAKIN WARRIOR and NOBODY I MEAN NOBODY has ever knock me out in anything whatsoever, I might have been knocked down but never been knocked out and after I was knocked down all it did was fire me up and gave me more strenght to come back even stronger and better to defeat whoever and wahtever it was.

God is always on my side as well as my family and with all the good and certain friends even I have in this world they will always be there to give me a helping hand or anything I ever need or needed. In fact the support that is around me and my father right now is unbelievable that consist of everything from kindness, love and bodies to help me move my business or change my business to another industry or another career.

I will be very happy and so glad to move out of this FREAKIN SH.T whole when I do since majority of the tenants here all thiefs liers and back stabbers. Everyone is screwing everyone else over for anything and they have no morals and values when it comes to their neighbors or the way they conduct their business.

If the guy next door is so desperate to take over my business and the landlord after all these years wants to screw my pops and me over after 18 years and I cant do anything about it then so be it. It is what it is. Me and my father are better than that and all I do is take it like a man and start over again, I will forgive but never forget.

Plus I have other ventures that I have been disgusing with a couple of people that might make me better money come next year, so all in all this might be a blessing in disguise.

Again thank you guys for all the kind words and I will keep all of you posted with anything new.

Oh by the way the landlord came and hand the roof completely repaired yesterday trying to prevent any further damage as well as probably trying to cover up his mistakes but at this time its too late since everything has been documented by phone calls, pictures, video etc.

Thanks Tyler, Jay Jay. Were cool me and pops had a long talk and we are moving towards dad retiring since he is 68 years old and it's just too much for us to have to pack up and relocate and have to start all over again. As far as myself, I still have one of my companies that is being ran by one of my good friends and just yesterday I had a call from a local BMW dealer that I have been dealing with for the past 18 years and their service manager has been trying to lure me into working for him for a long time. In fact just 4 years ago he offered me to come in and he was willing to start me off at 80k a year, but I told him that my loyalty is to my father and our family business.

He called me and offered me a job as a tech but I dont want to turn wrenches no more so I told him that I would like to be a service writer since believe it or not I can hustle and sell much more and better than I can turn wrenches and IM A DAM GOOD TECH. He told me that usually they have you fill out the apps online but in my case he doesnt need anything from me other than my application and he wants me to walk in and hand it to him personally. So this might be a blessing in disguise after all.

Its just sad to see all this happen. I mean when me and my pops were talking a couple nights ago I saw tears coming out of his eyes and I asked him why is he crying? He replied back "This is all I have done since I was a kid next to your grandfather, what am I going to do now". "I never wanted to go out like this. I always invisioned myself handing the business to you and coming in every now and then and working on my toys and watching my grand kids running around here." I told him I dont know if you have noticed but I have been running your business for you for 18 years and you have been working on your toys and when it comes to your grandkids they were running around here just this saturday and since they were born 9 years ago. So you did fullfill your dreams and now its time for you to relax and enjoy life with mom and your grand kids and you never have to worry since I have always been there taking care of you and mom and you know dam well that I will still take care of you and mom. He was still sad but he had one of the most prettiest smiles I have seen in a long time and he replied back.............. " YOU ARE RIGHT I DID LIVE MY DREAM" and "It is time we move one from this **** whole to better things"

By the way when the last day we leave this dump we arent going out with our heads down or sad we are thrwoing a retirement party for my pops in our garage with all my firends and customers and we are walking out with our heads up knowing that we did well for 18 years and we never allowed anyone to strong arm us or push us around.

Tony's got some sweet cars too. I have been to the shop and it's very family orientated. Tony's dad BIG GEORGE is awesome. Really nice guy who bought me lunch one day. However, he doesnt understand why his son is always on the computer.... but I don't think BIG GEORGE knows much about computers and knows everything about cars, thats for sure.

Wow, I was at a cool party last night at a club, nice music, a lot of people, great feeling, when I spotted a guy wearing a Carmelo Anthony's jersey. I was like "Mmm, okay, that's fine, I can deal with it...". But like 2 minutes after that, another guy came in with a Paula Pierce jersey on...

Can't wait to cheer with my fellow Lakers'fans in Staples on the 18th!!!
