Not that I disagree with you but it's hard to knock a guy that had his team in the eastern conference finals and had the number one pick. Plus really good picks next year.

Ainge has been bad in drafting and he has a chance now to draft surefire legit player and passed that chance. Wow.

Nothing is surefire and whoever he picks at 3 could be better than the first overall pick.

While I agree anything is possible, I'd be stunned if whoever is picked at 3 is better than Fultz. Given the makeup of his team, there was an argument to be made for trading the pick, I just don't think he got enough value.

Look at most post on the previous page. Fultz is more likely to be an allstar than bust.

I think the Lakers take Jackson. Which would be hilarious for Ainge and the Ball family.

I was planning on seeing a movie today but watching the RealGM Celtics thread in complete meltdown mode is so much more entertaining.

How can you be that confident that your team is drafting a guy that you buy the jersey before the draft!? That's almost as dumb as getting tattoo of NBA Champions 2018.

Bold statement.

Boston needs whatever assets they can get. They're trying to package picks for a superstar. It's painfully obvious.

I'm talking strictly about the draft prospects. The overwhelming consensus is that Fultz is the superior prospect to the possibilities available at 3. I don't think its all that bold of a statement.

Then why not just trade the first pick? I can assure you that any team that will trade a super star would prefer to have their choice of player instead of third choice. Besides, let's not pretend that Ainge's hording of players and picks have not already backed himself into making moves. Can't take player A because they have player B. Clearly BPA isn't their approach. The front office is future and fit.
