I don’t really care who wins it as long as BOS gets knocked out. Sooner than later I hope.

I'm hoping for the exact opposite. I hope the Celtics win the title and the Lakers ownership has to bathe in their own filth.

Bucks needed their faux superstar to step up and he folded. The NBA has very few Kobe/LeBron/Magic/Jordan level players if any at all at the moment.

Haha
all is well within basketball. order has been set back in place.
I hope to see Mavs v Miami in the finals that would be great. Not keen on curry winning his 4th or Boston getting their 18th.
Either of doncic/Kidd and Butler/spolestra winning the chip is well-deserved in my book

It felt disgusting, but I picked the Celtics to win the championship at the start of the playoffs. Prediction is looking solid right now especially with Tatum leveling up.

Yeah I think as a Laker fan Dallas is the team to root for here right? The celtics are obviously the team I want to lose the most (I'm rooting against them more than I'm rooting for anyone else at this point), but I definitely don't want to see the Warriors get another one.

In another uniform the C's are a true team in just about ever sense. Their offensive flow is early 2000's like and their defense is great. Of the teams left they are the one that is playing the best team basketball.

I want Miami and Dallas in the finals.
Miami multiple times to the finals recently. Legit team
Doncic ascension. I can accept.
Boston and Gsw? dont want them anywhere near us or adding another one.

When we had the cap-space to add a 3rd star in 2019, I didn't think Jimmy would be a good fit or as good as he has shown in the last 3 years. Gosh, was I wrong about that.

True. Alot of many anti Jimmy butler Laker fans were against acquiring him. But man he is showing he is Big Time. He showed that against us in 2020. He is showing it now, even if they lose this thing to Boston. His teammates have been going 0 for 1000. But Jimmy's showed up.

If it were a trade of Bron for him OK. He and Bron with Davis doesn't seem as "additive" as a 3rd max slot. Rather have 2 role players for that money over a 3rd alpha in a game with one ball.
That's the primary issue with the 3 max slot route. Butler is on a team where his game can breath... he'd get no consistent opportunities here and he'd be in a system that isn't tailored to his game.
1+1+1 rarely equals 3 when you are trying to group players who've been primary options since they were in High School.

Just in case it is not clear to you:
Lakers board rule number 1: you do not root for the Celtics
Rule 2: you do not root for the Celtics
Rule 3: YOU DO NOT ROOT FOR THE CELTICS or their individual players.

Can I root for the first tie with multiple injuries in NBA Finals history?
