unless you don't care about gaining muscle then i guess it doesnt matter lol.

I could care less about building muscle right now. I just like to get healthier and my metabolism is definitely slowed down. Eating the way I use to eat, (probably similar to how Jetset's eating,) has caught up to me. And being here in Vietnam has given some better habits. I just need to stop the bad ones.

Yeah I was alone and its like one of those upscale cafes where you serve yourself.
