Still have faith in the pacers, but I doubt they win.
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing, Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before;

 Laker fans don't get to play that card, sorry. Half your titles are because key players from other teams were hurt in the playoffs.

C'mon DK don't go there son, the Spurs played teams that could've been sponsored by Band Aid.

As in your team and that's about it? The Warriors were healthy. The Grizzlies were healthy.

In "recent" memory, 2010 with Perk, 2009 with Yao, Manu and KG (no way you would've beaten the C's if KG were available, you were lucky to run into a happy-to-be-there Magic team), 2000 with TD out...

and not one ounce of truth was spoken on this occasion. Atleast we are not winning by sending scrubs out to take cheap shots at opposition's best players.

Hey everyone is it safe to say that the era of the big man is not TRULY over?

Spurs and Grizz emerge from the West with a roster full of some of the best NBA big men.

Pacers giving Heat the bizzness with Hibbert and West holding down the paint.

Lakers might want to reconsider ditching Pau if Howard stays..

Bynum isn't a scrub.
Barea wasn't the best player in that Mavs team.
Lakers didn't win that series.

so technically...

Did you ever pass reading comprehension bro? That series was not decided by a cheap shot. Your series with the Suns was and it unjustly robbed Steve Nash & co. a well earned title.

The Warriors were not healthy. Lee was out and Curry and Bogut got injured during the round.

That being said I go for the Spurs rather than the Heat so you guys better win.
If the Pacers come out, Go Pacers!!!

curry and bogut were limited (lee was out), they probably aren't even there if the higher seeded nuggets had their best player... and obviously the biggest fortune is the injury to westbrook, who would have meant the thunder would be in the finals right now. no one in their right mind thinks the thunder wouldn't be in the finals if it wasn't for that injury.

every team gets fortune, so don't take it personal. out east the heat get the pacers without granger, the bulls without rose. in 2009 the defending champs lost KG, so lakers faced ORL in the finals. it happens every yr. this yr is just a little more than usual, probably most in recent memory.

In 2010 Bynum was also injured so it evened things out. Yao's osteoporotic Knees would not have made a difference in that series.
I'n 2000 the lakers were unstoppable. The Spurs would have gotten swept just like they did the following year by the Lakers.
