Don't know what to make of it. You know the main pieces involved in the discussions, you make the offers from now on.

No rebuild. I am betting on LaMelo breaking out and becoming a top 25 player in fantasy this season. I just traded Cp3 because if my roster is injured again, I want young players back next off season to build around LaMelo, JJJ, Carter JR, etc. And by next off season, CP3's value won't get me a first.

Also, the extra pick allows me to target another piece like a center or forward. A lot of guys on here were turned off by CP3's age, so the pick is more valuable in general to league players. If my team is in it by the trade deadline, I could move both 2022 first round picks for a player CP3 would have never gotten me.

I'm sure we would've made that deal

I was going down the line offering Cp3 around. 2 rejections, Earl accpeted. If Earl declined, I would have offered him to you.

I got a lottery pick for Marcus Smart, who I scooped after you dropped him.

You were knocking at the wrong door.

Are we saying it isn’t a completely lopsided trade? 11th pick for Chris Paul?

It's somewhat fair because of his age. I did Paul for Cousins and another pick last year(so basically the same deal) and he was a year younger. I got a #7 pick in the end though, he ain't getting that.

I was chuckling at Naz Reid hard. What a **** joke.

It's Paul for the low pick straight up.

I’m cool with it if everyone else is but seeing a stacked team get a gift is not fun if you are trying to win this year.

I mean he had the 8th pick. With Paul's addition coroborated with Doncic/Ayton and other of his young guys improvement it's not far fetched to think he's a semi final dude at worst, so a maximum of #9 pick at best.

I'm curious to know the other two guys who said no. One was probably KJG.
You can at least suspect looking at the rosters who might end up in the lottery, should've knocked at those doors first.

Who cares about a late first round pick it’s Paul who is top 25 player.

Earl is getting a massive steal here in the short term. A top 25 player who hurts you no where for next year's 1st rounder. Wherever he lands in the standings, it will be my job to maximize that future pick. Like Ro did with my pick this off season.

I don't regret trading for CP3 last year btw. He was elite. Problem was my team imploded with injuries.

That's what I'm saying. He could've done better than that considering I got a lottery pick for Marcus Smart.

I'm just glad I have my pick this year. lol

I was trying like hell to compete last year even when everyone was injured. I should have been stashing guys off the wire but stashing just would have made Ro's pick juicier.

Wouldn't have mattered since Ty was rigging it anyway so I'd get the lowest picks.

Didn't you have this same issue during the season? And your daddy(me) told you how to get it done? Or was it somebody else?

You need to set up your lineup for today and IL those fools NOW.

Checked your team and it says you have your lineup set up for the first week of the season(Oct 19), but not today(Aug 31).
