Holy sh**, I just looked up the Simpsons on epguides.com (great site btw) and didn't realize how many episodes there really are. 418, to be exact, counting the ones that have not aired yet. The Simpsons are almost as old as I am, damn!

I was up for more than 24 hours yesterday so I could make a long drive.

Ended up sleeping for 12 hours to "compensate". Woke up like I just came out of a coma.

Good times.

Wow, No Country For Old Men won a lot of awards over There Will Be Blood. Two great movies, but I thought TWBB would sweep em.

I'm so happy for Marion Cotillard, she totally deserved it for La Vie En Rose. I think I talked about her before, but she's a terrific, gutsy actress. Also, very beautiful. French girls, oh la la!

Anybody see Michael Clayton? Tilda Swinton's amazing in it, she deserves that Oscar. The way she was trembling in shock at the end was so satisfying.

Glad I missed the show though. I'm happy with reading the boxscores.

I used to watch the Tracey Ullman show. I don't remember when the Simpsons first came on, though.

Man, Fox was a lot more awesome when I was a kid.

I know there are gym rats here.
Since Im a noob to the gym, I need advice on how to gain muscle mass.
I leaned out from 170 to 155 and now I wanna add 20 lbs of muscle and become 175.
And dont just say, "Work your ass off. Work out till your limbs fall off. Eat meat, protein. EAT A LOT!" because that's all I got from my boys, which doesnt really help me a lot.

And yeah, as you guys already know Im a sprinter, so I wanna add the extra muscle for the power as well as the sexy frame. AHahhaha.

Any tips here?
