For the tl;dr.... Comcast sucks.

So the internet sucks cock and has been getting worse every time I come home all summer. get .4-2 mbps down and my parents pay for 12.

So I call Comcast as my dad to complain and the lady on the line was very nice, not very knowledgeable, but friendly and helpful. They view connections on a color scale (apparently every customer has a colored balloon on their house) and they should be green, but ours is red and sometimes yellow and once in awhile shows up as purple (no idea how that fits into the coloring scheme). Apparently everyone on my street has severely limited signal connections for cable (hd, regular and internet). LIke the ****. How does an entire area have severely limited connections without some notification system popping up in their computers like yo, we **** up, fix it.

The worst part is none of the ESPN channels work on any TV and the internet, even when plugged directly into the modem, isn't fast enough to stream Netflix. To make it worst, it's raining too hard to ball. FML.
